This is a new piece in progress- It is an expressive image of Malish in the lab. It is my goal right now to work smaller and faster while exploring paint application.

At this point I have gotten used to the gore but the pictures are still unsettling. I hadnt been able to figure out why until recently. For me, personally, it is that shade of green that is in this one and the large painting from the juried show. Something about that shade of green just screams hospital colors which are associated with many different unsettling things.
